Manufacture of an aluminum containers
It has mainly business to manufacture aluminum container. We are manufacturing a spray can or pen tube by Impact Extrusion Press. We are design and manufacture our own production equipment. We have a proprietary technology to small tube in particular.

Impact extrusion press production line
There are seven line machines that can manufacture 100 per minute.
Printing line
There are five lines. Printing in five colors and three colors are available.

Lithium-ion battery case
Thickness accuracy of ± 5/100mm is possible. The container is stronger and more secure than those made with the deep drawing method.

Small size pressure vessels
Shape processing for small size pressure vessels, etc. is available. (Screw machining, tapping, drawing.)
